To report a claim, simply call our office Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, and an agency representative will be happy to assist you. However, if the need to file a claim arises when our offices are closed, you can easily submit a report by contacting the insurance company your insurance has been placed with. We will automatically be contacted by the insurance company about your claim; however depending on the insurance company it may take up to five days for us to receive notification. We want to help you through the claims process, so if you report your claim directly to the insurance company, please let us know during regular business hours so we can help you through the process.
